Lisa: Relationship is dead and buried
A local girl has reported to the Daily
Fortnight that she cannot see her relationship maturing much beyond
its current status.
Lisa Gray insists that the death of her boyfriend has become a huge obstacle in the relationship and that it might be better just to "call things off".
"It hasn't been the same in recent weeks" said Lisa.
"Conversation has dried up and we seem to be growing further and further apart. You can't have a relationship where one person is doing all the leg work and the other spends all day on his back".

Fred Brown died after a long battle with leukaemia two months ago and Lisa has laid flowers on his grave ever since. "That'll have to stop. There's no point sharing little pleasantries like flowers anymore, and I don't want to give him the wrong impression. Next time I visit I'll tell him how I feel and hopefully we can remain good friends".
Fred's family members, however, have told Lisa not to be too surprised if she receives a cold response from her late partner, saying "he doesn't take rejection well. God rejected him with the whole leukaemia thing and look how Fred reacted. By dying".
