US Supreme Court OK with Gay Marriage 'if it's Lesbians'

The almost entirely male led Supreme Court of the United States has unanimously agreed that gay marriage - a union between two people of the same sex - is permissable by US law if the marriage is between "two stunning lesbians".

Though the question of gay marriage is generally handled on a state-by-state basis, the passing of the 1996 Defence of Marriage Act had meant that marriage be defined as a union of one man and one woman for federal purposes.

Yesterday, however, Chief Justice Roberts and the 8 associate judges voted to amend the act - allowing marital unions between "two short-skirted and impressionable teens" to take place at a federal level.

The court voted 8-1 in favour of the motion, with the only female justice, Ruth Ginsberg, casting the dissenting opinion.

The decision is expected to incur a backlash from male homosexuals who are still precluded from receiving federal benefits, even in states where gay marriage is written into law.

"The US Supreme Court hereby recognises the rights of gay women", smiled Justice Roberts in closing statements. "Particularly if those women are filfthy, big breasted vixens with a penchant for double penetration and cunnilingus".

Meanwhile, it is unclear what affect the amendment will have on other branches of the gay community, with transsexuals, crossdressers and television personality Rosie O'Donnell looking to have the new law adequately clarified.
