Bush, who has long made clear his opposition to Iran's nuclear facilities, revealed that he "spent half of Wednesday night whiting out any Qs in the document and replacing them with Ns".
"It took a while, but thanks to my patience a strategy is now in place", said Bush.
"We can not allow another Middle Eastern country to possibly have the chance of maybe developing potential nuclear weapons".
Secretary of Defence Robert Gates said the proposal is "feasible, if illegal", under international law, but went on to question Bush's editing skills in sections 3.1 and 4.6.
"I understand the President's intentions", said Gates.
"But I'm unsure what the UN is going to make of words like, 'nuagmire', 'connuest' and 'nuick'. We'll have to see".
